We provide third-party on-site container loading supervision service at the factory. Our inspector follows the whole loading process, verifies cargo quantity, packaging and shipping marks, supervises loading arrangement and container sealing. Photos and official loading report will be provided, helping overseas buyers control shipment risks.

Even if products pass pre-shipment inspection for an export order, it does not guarantee the goods will reach overseas customers safely. Container loading is a frequently overlooked risk point. Issues such as damaged and leaky containers, incorrect or missing quantities, mixed shipping marks, improper stacking, and inadequate moisture-proofing and securing measures can easily lead to crushed cargo, dampness and mildew during long ocean transportation. These problems may result in rejection by overseas buyers, substantial claims and customs inspection at destination ports, bringing unnecessary economic losses to foreign trade enterprises. Professional loading supervision and inspection & loading supervision services serve as the final critical line of defense in the foreign trade supply chain quality control system.

Guangdong Huajian Inspection Co., Ltd. specializes in providing third-party loading supervision, third-party inspection & loading supervision, container loading supervision (CLS), container loading supervision service, and container loading monitoring service. As a reliable third-party loading supervision company and professional inspection & loading supervision company, we offer nationwide export loading supervision service, nationwide third-party loading supervision, and on-site loading supervision service. We carry out on-site loading supervision at factories, supervision of foreign trade shipment loading, export loading supervision, sea freight loading supervision, ocean shipment container loading supervision, foreign trade inspection & loading supervision, foreign trade container loading supervision, international logistics loading supervision, and international logistics inspection & loading supervision service. We support cooperation with freight forwarders for third-party loading supervision, and provide one-stop cargo loading supervision, loading & unloading supervision and other loading supervision services to implement quality control for container loading supervision.

1. Pre-supervision Preparation: Document Verification & Empty Container Check

Before launching inspection & loading supervision, our inspectors will verify sales contracts, packing lists, commercial invoices, shipping mark documents and product specification lists in advance. We confirm the model, carton quantity, production batch and shipping mark information of this shipment one by one to comply with customer requirements, and avoid mixed batches and wrong deliveries from the source. Meanwhile, we spot-check the packaging and marking status of finished goods, which can be coordinated with prior inspection to realize integrated inspection & loading supervision. After document verification, we start the empty container inspection, the initial step of container loading inspection. The core purpose is to verify whether the container meets ocean-worthy requirements and prevent loading goods into damaged, water-permeable or contaminated containers.

2. Standard On-site Loading Supervision Workflow

The standardized container loading supervision service follows this sequence: shipment document verification → empty container seaworthiness inspection → sampling verification of finished goods → full-process supervision of loading operation → cargo stacking, securing and moisture control → container door closing and seal verification & registration → image archiving and supervision report issuance. Photos and videos are taken at every stage for records. The whole process is independent and impartial to ensure the traceability and verifiability of export container loading supervision.

3. On-site Inspection Items & Methods

3.1 Empty Container Seaworthiness Inspection (Method: Visual Check + Light Transmission Test)

Record the container number first. Inspect inner and outer walls, roof and floor for holes, deformation and cracks. Check whether the door seal is intact and tight. Confirm the container interior is clean and dry, free of water accumulation, oil stains, peculiar smells and pest traces. Close the container door and perform the light transmission test to check light leakage on walls and seams. Light leakage indicates poor water tightness, which may cause water seepage at sea. Such containers are not allowed for loading and must be replaced immediately. This is a mandatory basic item for export product loading supervision.

3.2 Quantity, Shipping Mark & Packaging Sampling Check (Method: Counting & Sampling Verification)

Count total cartons against the packing list. Spot-check front marks, side marks, labels and origin marks on outer cartons. Verify carton strength, sealing tapes and strapping bands, and check protective packaging for fragile, heavy and precision goods. As a foreign trade logistics loading supervision service provider, we will suspend loading immediately and notify the factory for rectification once wrong marks, mixed goods or damaged packaging are found. Loading can only resume after re-inspection and acceptance.

3.3 Loading & Stacking Supervision (Method: On-site Attendance & Milestone Recording)

Our supervisor stays on site throughout loading. Workers are required to follow stacking rules: heavy goods at the bottom, light goods on top, large items placed stably, and cargo closely arranged. Stretch films, air bags and wooden braces are used properly for filling and securing to prevent cargo collapse and extrusion caused by vibration during sea transit. We take photos at six key milestones: empty container, 1/3 loaded, half loaded, fully loaded, door closed and sealed. This authentically records the whole loading process and forms the core service of a container loading supervision company.

3.4 Moisture & Protection Verification (Method: On-site Confirmation)

Check the quantity and placement of desiccants according to cargo type and voyage duration. Special attention is paid to moisture control for furniture, wooden products, electrical goods and food to reduce mildew and rust risks. For oversize cargo with special securing requirements, we confirm all reinforcement measures are properly implemented.

3.5 Container Sealing & Seal Verification (Method: Physical Check + Photo Archiving)

Once loading is finished and stacking & securing conditions are confirmed acceptable, close the container door, verify the seal number, take clear photos of the locked seal, and record the seal number and sealing time. Seal information is recorded in the supervision report to guarantee the seal remains intact from factory to destination port without unauthorized opening.

3.6 Document Sorting & Report Issuance (Method: Information Compilation & Filing)

All on-site photos, videos and check records are sorted to issue an official loading supervision report for foreign trade companies, freight forwarders and overseas buyers as shipment supporting documents.

4. Advantages of Professional Third-party Loading Supervision

Many foreign trade companies rely on factories for self-supervision, lacking neutral third-party oversight, which easily leads to human errors. As a professional loading supervision company, we conduct independent container loading supervision, free from interference from factories and suppliers, and truthfully record the actual loading status. We provide nationwide on-site container loading supervision service for general cargo, furniture, home appliances, general merchandise and high-value custom orders.

Guangdong Huajian Inspection Co., Ltd. is dedicated to export quality control. Our third-party loading supervision services cover major industrial zones across China. We can flexibly match factory shipment schedules and provide reliable quality control solutions for container loading supervision for foreign trade enterprises and freight forwarders, building the final quality defense line before shipment.
